1): How long am i supposed to get my order at my doorstep ?

It takes approximately 10-25 days in total for the fairings to be delivered to your doorstep depending on the shipping destination. United States, Canda and Singapore,etc cosumers can have package in hand within 10 days after the order date. European countries cosumers can get orders 15 days after the order date, other countries and areas, it takes about 25 days. cosumers can load in the account to track the status of the roders and we also will send emails to cosumers upon the status is updated.This lead time consists of the time taken for production, time for paint to completely dry and delivery time.


2): What if it is delay in shipping ?

In an unlikely event, it is possible for international shipments to be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, which are usually beyond our control. they are include but not limited to untrackable online, delay in updating the status,etc. Such delays do occur very rarely and only for a very short time. Our support team fellow keep watching at the shipping all day and if it does come to our knowledge that your shipment has been delayed, we will notify you of the delay immediately via mail and we will do what it takes to make it right and keep you informed.


3): How you ship my order ? 

All the orders will be shipped out via UPS, DHL, FedEx and other international express company, what shipping company will be used depends on the weight and size of the pacakge, Please keep in mind that we will give priority to safety and speed.


4):How can i track my order ? 

Customer can track your orders process by checking your account with suretribe.com, including whether it has been shipped, and if so an optional tracking number. if you did not register an account, you can contact our online support to get the updated status of your orders or drop us emails, our Sales&Support team will give you response in couple minutes.


5): How can i change or cancel my order ? 

Customer can contact us online to change your order,tell our staff what should be changed.or you can contact us by emails, our sales&support will give you response as soon as possible.

Cancellation of orders that are in progress will be subject to a 20% restocking/handling fee. All orders are "custom" made at the time of purchase and cannot be fully canceled once production has commenced. Orders that have been customized specifically for an individually customer cannot be cancelled or returned as these are one-of-a-kind items for that specific individual.


6): How long am i supposed to get my refund ?

Refunds can be processed within 1-2 working days when the refundment is confirmed by suretribe.com, you can also check your PayPal account upon the refund is processed,plus, you gotta get one confirmation email from PayPal if the refound process is success


7): Should i pay customs tax for my order ?

All the prices on suretribe.com don't including the customs tax, because the customs tax vary a lot in different countries. So, we are not liable to any customs tax.


8): How should I do if my order was detained by the customs ?

Your designated country may impose certainly taxes and other charges, please confirm that before you shop from suretribe.com.

Suretribe.com does not provide the service of arranging customs clearance and paying duties, fees and other charges to the customs and other public authorities.

If the items you bought were detained by your customs, you will take the responsibility.


9): What if i am not at home when the package is delivery ?

When customer is not at home when the package is delivery, the package will be taken to the nearest network of the shipping company and will be sent to you again, there is phone number on the shipping bill, so the shipping company should call you if necessary. You can also contact the local office of shipping company to get the details.
